TERMS & CONDITIONS: iliadin^®Winter Campaign August to September 2018

1. The promoter is Merck (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
2. The promotional competition is free and open to all South Africans, except any director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Promoter, the marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

3. This promotional competition is open from 27 August 2018 and ends on the 15 October 2018. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The competitions will be running according to the below days respective of each month and platform:

- Week 1: 27 August

- Week 2: 03 September

- Week 3: 10 September

- Week 4: 17 September

- Week 5: 25 September

- Week 6: 01 October

- Week 7: 08 October

- Week 8: 15 October

4. To enter, participants will be required to answer a question on iliadin’s^® Facebook platform (www.facebook.com/iliadinSA).

5. Participants may enter as many times as they wish.

6. Competition Draw:

Participants may only win one prize and they can only be selected as a winner once throughout the competition.

- We will be selecting 2 winners per week on Facebook. One Grand Prize winner and one runner up.

6.1 A competition draw will be done as per the below:

- Winners will be selected randomly from interactions we receive.

- Maximum value of the prize is R5 000 incl. of VAT for the Grand Prize winner

- Maximum value of the prize is R2 500 incl. of VAT for the runner up Prize winner

- The runner up will receive a R2 500 Takealot voucher for Home Decor.

- The total value of the Prizes is R60 000 incl. VAT for the entire competition

- iliadin® will not be responsible for any damage of property during the home improvements.

- iliadin® will not be responsible for any delays in the fulfilment of a home improvement project.

- The sourcing of professional help and material supplier is the responsibility of the winner

- iliadin® will not be held liable if one is dissatisfied with the results of the home improvement project

- Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

7. There are 8 Home Improvements to be won, valued at R5000 incl. VAT.

8. There are 8 Takealot vouchers to be won, valued at R2500 incl. VAT.

9. Any prize not claimed for any reason within 5 days of notification will be forfeited.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to delete any information uploaded by a participant which the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, believes is illegal, obscene, offensive or defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, or is otherwise inappropriate for a campaign designed for mass audience entertainment.

11. All winners will be required to provide their names, contact details and complete delivery address. And will be announced on the brand social platforms with their names declared.

12. Winners will be selected by means of a random draw and will be notified by the relevant representative of the Promoter.

13. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.

14. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the promotional competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotional competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.

15. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.

16. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.

17. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, the participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and its agents only and not to Facebook.

19. All participants in this Competition release Facebook from all liabilities and claims arising out of or in connection with this competition and these terms and conditions.

20. Participation in the promotional competition constitutes acceptance of the promotional competition rules and participants agree to abide by the rules.

21. Please note all personal details shared with the Promoter will be kept private and confidential. These details will not be used for any other purpose outside of this campaign.

22. By entering the competition, the participants give iliadin® full usage rights for the shared content, without compensation. This content will be used as digital content throughout the campaign.
